This miniature was a super fun experience. I followed along with the tutorial from the Craftworld Studios patreon. By using underpainting it helped set the general ambience of the miniature as whole. The end result meant that it was a lot more forgiving in terms of the smoothness of blending for techniques like NMM and OSL. It was also a lot quicker to get to a decent standard from primed meaning I could spend more time on the parts of the miniature that would benefit from it.
To improve this I'd focus on getting the OSL to read a bit better as I think in places it's still a bit of a rough cut, I'd also want to improve the freehand on the cloak as while the design does look good I think it's pretty simplistic.
